Certified reference materials are accompanied with a certificate which states the property values and the uncertainty at a stated level of confidence - distinct from general reference materials which do not provide this.

Pilbara Standards manages the entire certification process, from random sample selection, laboratory selection (in conjunction with clients if required), analytical technique selection, sample submission, data compilation and verification, laboratory data analysis using appropriate ISO guidelines, and final certification.
