Tymen has 30 years work experience and has worked in a number of technical and managerial roles. He has been Laboratory Technician and Chemist/Metallurgist in analytical, production and research laboratories.

Tymen has been involved in establishing ISO quality systems in analytical laboratories as well as being actively involved in mainlining NATA registration for a number of laboratories. In several of his previous roles he was the approved NATA signatory for Chemical Analysis and Mechanical Testing.

Over the last 10 years Tymen has worked in roles involving business planning, risk evaluation and mitigation, and research management in ASX listed companies and Universities. These experiences have been applied to the business planning and ISO 9001-2015 accreditation process undertaken by Pilbara Standards Pty Ltd.

Bruce has 25 years work experience as a geologist.  He has worked in all stages of the exploration and mining cycle including greenfields exploration, resource development and estimation, feasibility studies, to open pit and underground mining. Bruce has worked with commodities including precious metals, rare earths, base metals and ferrous metals.

Having previously held positions as a JORC competent person assessed under the due-diligence process, and as the site based responsible for delivering to mill at the predicted grade, Bruce understands the need for peace of mind with assay QA/QC.
